POWER SYSTEM UNIT (PSU)

The PSU:

• Distributes power from the Uninterruptible Power Supply and vehicle batteries
• Provides control for backup power charging/discharging of the UPS
• Controls the fuel solenoid to allow independent hardware shutdown of the vehicle's fuel system
• Contains the Safety Logic Circuit that responds to Safety Radio commands to stop the vehicle in an emergency

The Manual/Auto Switchbox provides the inputs to inform the PSU about the desired state of the Standardized Robotic System.
