Omnitech Machine Shop
 The Metal Fabrication shop that allows us to manufacture and engrave our own enclosures, faceplates, and mounting fixtures.

Metal fabrication equipment includes:

  • Turret Punch Press
  • Sheet Metal Shear
  • Ssheet Metal Brake Press
  • Miller Tig and portable Mig welders

Production Lab

Omnitech Production Lab

The Production Lab is a full-service facility capable of:

  • Through-hole and Surface Mount printed circuit board (PCB) assembly
  • Cable and wiring harness assembly
  • Mechanical assembly
  • Testing and troubleshooting of PCB and other assemblies
Environmental Test Facility

The Test Facility uses Highly Accelerated Life Testing to expose flaws in the early design process. Environmental Stress screening assures quality and consistency of manufactured products.

The Test Facility includes:

  • Ling Dynamics Electrodynamic Vibration Chamber
  • Thermotron AGREE Thermal Chamber
