ABOUT OMNITECH ROBOTICS Omnitech Robotics Inc. (ORI) is in the business of developing and manufacturing robotic controls, components and unmanned ground vehicle systems and broad-based automation. Our main products are modular embedded control components for converting any ground vehicle to remote control, teleoperated control, or semi-autonomous control. These components are typically added to existing manned vehicles using robotic conversion kits, also known as appliqué robotic controls. ORI has developed and fielded over 200 unmanned ground vehicle systems, many of which were or are operational in conflict zones like Bosnia, Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan. The primary benefits of our appliqué robotic controls are personal safety, economic operation, and mission documentation. Many of our systems have been used for controlling land-mine clearing equipment, and counter IED vehicle systems and applications. ORI has earned international recognition for robotic vehicle controls operating in high-risk environments such as minefield clearing in Bosnia and Kosovo and counter IED operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. Our core products, the Standardized Teleoperation System (STS), Standardized Robotic System (SRS), and Next Generation Controller Mark 1 (NGCM1) are kits of appliqué robotic controls that convert any ground based vehicle into an unmanned ground vehicle system (remote control, teleoperated control, or GPS based semi-auonomous control).
